KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory before any withdrawal. Required documents include a National ID (NID) or passport, along with proof of current address. Once KYC is completed, you won't need to resubmit. Additional verification may be requested in cases of suspicious activity.

By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. 1111vit may request a National ID or passport to verify your age. If there is any reason to suspect that an account holder is underage, 1111vit may immediately suspend the account and withhold all transactions until full verification is completed.

Additionally, residents of certain countries or regions may be ineligible to use 1111vit's services. It is entirely the user's own responsibility to comply with the laws of their country.

Deposits at 1111vit can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, debit card, and USDT (crypto). The minimum deposit is ৳ 100 for bKash and Nagad, and ৳ 500 for bank transfer. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

Deposited funds may only be used for betting or gaming purposes — not on behalf of third parties or for money laundering. 1111vit complies with anti-money laundering regulations and reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

Every deposit transaction is monitored by 1111vit's security systems. If any unusual transaction is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended pending verification.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit — this is an internationally recognized anti-money laundering standard. Your first withdrawal may take slightly longer due to a mandatory manual verification process.

Each bonus offer on 1111vit comes with its own specific terms. Please read the conditions of a given offer before claiming it. General bonus policies are outlined below:

Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using a VPN to claim bonuses from ineligible regions, or placing artificial bets to circumvent wagering requirements will result in bonus cancellation and account suspension. Low-risk bets placed to meet wagering requirements — such as betting both sides simultaneously in Baccarat — may not count toward bonus completion.

The following general rules apply when placing bets on Sports Betting at 1111vit. Each sport may have its own specific rules, which are displayed on the betting page.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless the cash-out option is used
• Pre-match bets must be placed before the scheduled match start time
• Odds in live betting are subject to change — the odds at the time of confirmation are final
• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the bet will be voided and the stake will be refunded
• 1111vit reserves the right to void bets in the event of odds errors or technical issues
• Placing cover bets on the same match is strictly prohibited

1111vit strictly prohibits betting based on match-fixing or insider information. If evidence of such activity is found, the relevant account will be permanently closed and the authorities will be notified if necessary.

Maximum bet limits vary depending on account type and the specific event. Unusually large bets may be restricted or declined at 1111vit's discretion.

All casino game outcomes at 1111vit are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) certified by an internationally accredited body. This means every result is entirely random and independent of previous outcomes.

The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is displayed on that game's page. RTP represents the average long-term return — short-term results may vary. Most slots on 1111vit carry an RTP between 96–98%.

If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, 1111vit reserves the right to void that round and refund all stakes. Abnormally large wins resulting from software bugs or glitches may not be eligible for payment.

• Attempting to exploit system or software vulnerabilities
• Betting using bots or automated software
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial transactions
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account
• Threatening or abusive behavior toward support staff or other users
• Betting based on match-fixing or insider information

1111vit uses advanced technology to detect fraud. Any account showing suspicious activity patterns is automatically flagged for review.

1111vit reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any reason. However, where no rule violation has occurred, the user will be informed of the reason before closure and any verified balance will be returned.

Users may request to close their account at any time. Simply contact the support team via email or live chat, and the request will be processed within 24 hours. As part of our Responsible Gaming commitment, self-exclusion is also available — accounts can be locked for a set period or permanently.
